Bathroom leak repaired!

“I hired Will to come and help me with a rental house I owned. I knew there was a leak somewhere in the bathroom, but had no idea how extensive the damage was until Will came out and removed part of the floor. It became apparent that there had been a slow leak in the bathroom for longer than I was aware, causing much damage. Will ended up having to remove half of the wall seperating the bathroom and kitchen and the entire bathroom floor. He had to run new plumbing, rebuild the wall and paint it to match the existing colors, and rebuild the bathroom floor from the joists up. When Will was done, I had a new looking bathroom with no leaks, and you could not tell the difference in the kitchen between the new and old walls. I was extremely happy with the work he had done and the price I was charged for the job.  I iwll definitely hire Handyman-Builder again for any future problems in my rental property or my own home.”                Suzanne Shell, Ann Abor, MI June 2011
